Villa Bellevue is a magnificent six bedroom villa, set on two large plots in the Salinas condominium within the prestigious Quinta do Lago Estate.

This villa benefits from a spectacular position, with amazing nature reserve views and only a short walk away from the Quinta do Lago lake.

As you go in through the main front door, you realize that the villa has an exquisite decoration. From here you can access different parts of the property such as the kitchen, the main living/dining area, an office and 3 of the bedrooms. On the right side of the entrance hall you can also find a cloakroom.

The corridor that leads you to the kitchen has a lift and also stairs so you can reach the first floor and the lower floor.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker and a microwave. From the kitchen you can access the exterior where you will find a babecue.

The open living/dining space has French windows to the first pool terrace and you can start enjoying the views from here. This pool measures approximately 10m x 6m. Also on this terrace you can find a gas barbecue.

On the left side of the entrance hall there are three en-suite bedrooms all double, one of them is the master bedroom which gives access to the pool terrace.

Going up the stairs or by the lift on the corridor from the entrance hall to the kitchen you can access the roof terrace, where there is worktop with a sink and a gas barbecue.
