We control and make all the monthly and annual payments, for utility bills, rates, insurances, condominium, security, alarm contract, etc. Statements are sent to the owner and we can provide a spreadsheet analysis at the year-end, so you don’t have to worry about these issues.
Our professional maids pay regular visits to the property whether it is occupied or unoccupied and take care of all the cleaning of the house as well as all the laundry.
We provide advice on insurance, legal matters and security.
